Ross Neely

Ross Neely currently serves as the Manager of Government Relations and Public Policy for the HR Policy Association, focusing on policy trends in technology, artificial intelligence, and labor, while advocating for favorable legislative outcomes. Prior to this role, Ross was a Legislative Policy Advisor at Eversheds Sutherland, where strategic plans were developed in response to legislative changes, and organizational positions were communicated to promote advocacy. Ross began a career at Indiana University Bloomington, first as a Senior Associate, where relationships with major granting entities were cultivated, and later as a Federal Relations Specialist, emphasizing legal cybersecurity and data privacy. Ross holds a Doctor of Law degree from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville and a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Affairs & Policy Analysis from Indiana University Bloomington.
