Kara Dempsey is an experienced HR Specialist with a passion for organization and helping others. With a Bachelor's degree in HR Management from WTAMU, Kara found her inspiration and calling to make a difference in people's lives.

When it comes to problem-solving and decision-making, Kara takes a systematic approach, breaking down complex issues into manageable steps and carefully weighing the pros and cons to find effective solutions.

Throughout her career, Kara has achieved notable accomplishments. She has built strong relationships with mentors, continuously expanding her knowledge and expertise. She successfully implemented an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes and created a payroll checklist system, improving efficiency and accuracy.

Driven by her core values of communication, respect, and understanding, Kara brings a collaborative and empathetic approach to her work. She values effective communication with colleagues, respects diverse perspectives, and strives to understand every situation from multiple angles.

Outside of work, Kara enjoys exploring her new city of San Antonio, seeking out exciting activities and trying new culinary delights. With a passion for baking and cooking, she finds joy in the kitchen. Kara also indulges in her love for shopping and cherishes quality time spent with her husband. In their home, they have a friendly yet shy cat who adds a touch of charm to their lives.
