H&R Talent is a specialist technology search firm working with engineering-led trading firms, hedge funds, digital asset companies, and fintech infrastructure businesses.

We focus on environments where technology is directly tied to performance, revenue, and risk. These are typically teams building trading systems, market data platforms, and financial infrastructure where the technical bar is high and the margin for error is low.

Our work centres on hard-to-hire roles across platform and infrastructure engineering, low-latency and high-performance systems, trading and market data engineering, data engineering, and security in complex or regulated environments.

Most of the roles we work on sit in highly selective talent pools and require a targeted approach to reach the right engineers.

We operate with a high level of discretion and stay closely involved in each search, working directly with founders, CTOs, and engineering leadership teams to deliver focused, high-quality outcomes.
