Sarah Ait Braham

Sarah Ait braham is a Business Manager at Scalian since May 2024, having previously served as a Business Developer at HR Team - Groupe Scalian from October 2019. Sarah has a strong background in client portfolio creation and development, commercial negotiation, consultant selection, recruitment, and management, alongside administrative, contractual, and HR management. Prior to their roles at Scalian, Sarah was a PMO - Information Manager at BPI group from September 2018 to October 2019, where responsibilities included project support, data analysis, and team training. Earlier experiences also include positions as Chargée d'études at BGE Pays de Lunel, HR Assistant at Communauté d'Agglomération du Soissonnais, Claims Manager at MetLife, and in sales at DIM. Sarah holds a Master 2 in socio-economic expertise and a Master 1 in Human Resources Management from Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Montpellier.
