Claudia Salomon (PhD)

Claudia Salomon (PhD) has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Claudia is currently the Founder, CEO, and Consultant at HR Tech Consulting, a role they have held since January 2021. In February 2022, Claudia became a Dozentin for Digitales HR Management / People Analytics at Digital MBA an der HfWU.

Prior to their current positions, Claudia worked at T-Systems International from April 2016 to June 2021. Claudia served as the SVP HR Analytics from May 2020 to June 2021 and as the SVP HR Business Partner / Security, Digital Division, Digital Solutions from April 2016 to May 2020. In the latter role, Claudia managed the HR department of the Digital & Security business unit, providing personnel support and strategic consulting to achieve business goals.

Before T-Systems International, Claudia worked at Detecon International GmbH, where they held the positions of Junior Partner / Partner from December 2009 to March 2016 and Management Consultant in September and November 2009. Claudia's early career includes a role as VP Operations at Deutsche Telekom from March 2006 to November 2009.

Claudia also earned a Dipl.-Betriebswirtin degree in Business Administration from the same institution, from 1996 to 2000.
