Greg Martino is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in affirmative action consulting, currently serving as Principal AA/EEO Consultant and Senior Affirmative Action Project Manager at HR Works since August 2017. Responsibilities include developing affirmative action plans, analyzing company data, leading projects, preparing reports for federal audits, and delivering training programs focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. Prior roles include positions as Affirmative Action Project Manager and Data Analyst at HR Works, along with various roles in management, internship, and support positions in different industries. Martino holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and Business Administration from Hartwick College (2013-2016).
