Janine Corea has a strong background in HR, with their most recent position being the VP of HR Total Solutions at HR Works starting in August 2021. Before that, they served as the Sr. Director of HR Strategic Services from January to August 2021. From September 2019 to January 2021, Janine held the position of Director of HR Strategic Services and Director of HR Consultant Services. Janine also served as the HR Consultant Services Manager from April 2016 to September 2019 and as an HR Consultant from September 2015 to April 2016.
Before joining HR Works, Janine worked at Paychex, where they held the role of Program Manager from June 2010 to September 2015. Prior to that, they held various positions at Paychex since January 1996.
Janine Corea obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from SUNY Brockport in 1994. Janine also holds the following certifications: SHRM-CP, obtained from SHRM in January 2015; Targeted Selection Interviewing, obtained in July 2014; and Professional in Human Resources (PHR), obtained from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in May 1998.
