Kat Lau

Kat Lau currently holds the position of Director for the Broadband and Digital Equity Practice at HR&A Advisors, managing the New York State ConnectALL Office and overseeing the deployment of broadband to over 60,000 underserved locations with substantial federal funding. Previous experience includes serving as Deputy Operations Director for the Jon Ossoff for U.S. Senate campaign and the Arizona Democratic Party, as well as Co-Director at Knock for Democracy, where volunteer engagement significantly contributed to competitive electoral efforts. Additional roles encompass senior positions in business development and project management at Intersection Co. and the New York City Economic Development Corporation, specializing in broadband initiatives and public sector collaborations. Kat Lau holds a B.A. in Political Science with a concentration in Urban Studies from Yale University.
