Sofía Araujo is an experienced analyst currently working at HR&A Advisors since May 2023. Previously, Sofía served as the Coordinator for Programming and Research at the International Mentoring Association from May 2021 to February 2024, conducting literature research, recruiting speakers for webinars, and coordinating mentoring workshops for various universities and organizations.
