Bradley Beer

Bradley Beer is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Germain Automotive Partnership since September 2012, Bradley provides a wide range of HR services, including recruitment, employee relations, and training. As the President of the HRACO Human Resources Association of Central Ohio since January 2019, Bradley focuses on membership growth and onboarding initiatives. Previous roles include Human Resource Generalist at U.S. Bank, where similar HR services were delivered, and Human Resources Associate II at the American Red Cross. Additionally, Bradley has served on the board of Future Possibilities, coaching students to achieve personal goals, and has held various positions in the restaurant industry. Bradley holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Human Resource Management and Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's in Human Resource Management and Business Management from Franklin University.
