Jess Lewis

Jess Lewis is a seasoned professional in organizational effectiveness and human resources, currently serving as the Sr. Manager, People at Rise Brands since April 2021, overseeing the people strategies for a growing hospitality and entertainment brand with approximately 900 employees across 14 locations. In addition to this role, Jess holds a position as Vice President of Marketing and Communications on the board of the HRACO Human Resources Association of Central Ohio, focusing on enhancing organizational effectiveness. Previous experience includes serving as a People Leader at Restoration Hardware during significant growth, and progressing through various HR roles at Vology, where foundational skills in HR were developed. Jess also gained diverse HR experience through internships and early career positions that covered multiple aspects of human resources, supported by a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal and Organizational Communications from the University of Central Florida and a certificate in Tactical Human Resource Management from the University of Florida.
