Amy Gao

Amy Gao started their work experience as a Fund Accountant at Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, L.P. in June 2003 and worked there until October 2009. Amy then worked as an Associate at K&L Gates from January 2010 to June 2011. Following that, they worked at O'Melveny & Myers LLP as an Associate from July 2011 to July 2014. In 2016, Amy joined HRC Fertility Management as an Accounting Manager, where they successfully helped the company convert from cash to accrual basis accounting and completed three years of audit by a Big 4 firm and due diligence requests from investors.

Amy Gao completed their Bachelor's degree in International Economics with a minor in Accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law. Amy pursued this program from 1998 to 2003. Additionally, they obtained a Master's degree in Law from Kansas State University. The start and end years for this degree are not provided.
