Dr. Bradford Kolb, MD MBA FACOG has a diverse and accomplished work experience. Currently, they are an Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology (Voluntary) at Keck Medicine of USC since March 2023. Bradford is also the President of HRC Fertility since January 2001, where they have significantly increased pregnancy rates and expanded services. In addition, Dr. Kolb is the Cofounder and Chief Medical Officer of Fertility PRO, a software solutions company for the fertility industry that aims to streamline processes and improve outcomes since October 2014. Bradford serves as an Innovator at The Smart Fertility Initiative since January 2020, where they collaborate with experts from various fields to optimize maternal, fetal, and neonatal health. Moreover, Dr. Kolb serves as a Board Member at Chengdu Jinxin Healthcare Investment Management Group Ltd since June 2019, contributing to the growth and expansion of their assisted reproductive services. Lastly, as the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Love Comes First since August 2013, they utilize multimedia to raise awareness and provide education on LGBTQ+ families through the LoveComesFirst website.

Dr. Bradford Kolb has an extensive education and certification history in the medical field. Bradford began their education at UC Irvine, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from 1983 to 1987. Bradford then attended the University of California, Irvine - College of Medicine and earned their Medical Doctorate (M.D.) from 1987 to 1991.

Following their medical degree, Dr. Kolb pursued a specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Northwestern University from 1991 to 1995. During this time, they did not obtain a specific degree but gained further knowledge and expertise in the field.

In 1995, Dr. Kolb enrolled at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California, where they focused on Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility until 1997, although they did not obtain a degree during this period.

Recently, Dr. Kolb furthered their education by pursuing an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the UCLA Anderson School of Management from 2020 to 2022. The MBA program provided him with a comprehensive foundation in business administration.

In addition to their educational background, Dr. Kolb has obtained multiple certifications. Bradford became a Board Certified Obstetrician Gynecologist in November 1998 and obtained Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) in January 1998. In April 2001, Dr. Kolb became a Board Certified Subspecialist in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility, also from the ABOG. Furthermore, they achieved fellowship status as a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists in March 2001.
