Melissa Agnetti, Esq.

Melissa Agnetti, Esq. has extensive work experience in the legal field, primarily as an attorney. Melissa currently holds the position of Corporate and Litigation Counsel at HRC Fertility Management, a role they started in July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate Attorney at Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP from March 2020 to June 2023. Before that, they were an Associate Attorney at Napoli Shkolnik PLLC from December 2016 to March 2020, where they also served as a Law Clerk from September to December 2016. Melissa also gained legal experience as a Law Clerk at the City of Torrance from January to May 2016. Earlier in their career, they worked at SterlingRisk as a Claim Administrator from May 2009 to August 2013. Additionally, Melissa has taken on various legal roles during their time at Southwestern Law School, including serving as a Brief Writer and Amicus Project Practicum from August to November 2015 and as a Student Intern at Legal Aid during the same period.

Melissa Agnetti, Esq. completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History at Fordham University from 2007 to 2011. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued their legal education at Southwestern Law School from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree with a specialization in Entertainment Law.
