Jaewon Seo

Jaewon Seo possesses extensive experience in recruitment and management, currently serving as the Managing Director at HRCap, Inc. since January 2023, following roles as Team Lead & Director and Team Lead & Senior Manager within the same company. Prior to this, Jaewon worked as a Tech Recruiter at GOODEE from April 2018 to December 2020, and held the position of Recruiter at SBS Academy between January 2016 and March 2018. Jaewon began a career in consulting at the Incheon Employment Center under the Ministry of Employment and Labor from March 2013 to December 2014. Jaewon holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from 인하대학교, obtained in August 2011.
