Robert Sang Shin is currently the VP of Talent Acquisitions at HRCap, Inc. Since March 2013, Robert Sang has led the Recruiting Service Team in driving strategic talent acquisition initiatives for multinational corporations across the USA, APAC, and Europe. Prior to this role, Robert Sang served as the Global Recruiting Director at Spencer Stuart from 2004 to 2013, specializing in talent acquisition for global Fortune 100 companies. Robert also has experience as an Electrical Engineer at Litton Industries from 2001 to 2004, where Robert Sang designed, developed, and maintained antennas for naval vessels. Robert Sang holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
