Myron Oakes

Myron Oakes has over 30 years of experience in HR and HRIS consulting. Myron began their career as the Director of HRIS at Cal Fed Bank in 1988 and was involved in the implementation of various HR systems. In 1997, they formed their own consulting firm, where they specialized in strategic application of technology in the area of HR service delivery. Myron worked as a Senior Consultant at Improvizations, where they assisted clients with the selection, implementation, and integration of HR, timekeeping, benefits administration, and payroll systems, with a focus on ADP and Kronos systems. Myron also worked as a Consultant-Project Manager at Improvizations, specializing in selection, implementation, and integration of HR, payroll, and benefits timekeeping systems. Other notable positions include HR Systems Consultant at Alliance Healthcare Services, Senior Consultant at HRchitect, Consultant at Alliance Imaging and Covenant Care, HRIS Consultant at Sedgwick CMS, and HR Systems Consulting at Activision.
