Will Keel

Will Keel has a range of experience in the field of workforce management and human resources. Will recently served as the Director of WorkForce Software Practice at HRchitect, where they used their expertise to lead and develop the company's workforce software solutions. Prior to this role, Will worked as a Senior Implementation Consultant at HRchitect, assisting clients with the implementation and optimization of their workforce software systems.

Before joining HRchitect, Will worked at Peoples Natural Gas as an IT HCM Analyst, where they focused on the implementation and maintenance of the company's human capital management (HCM) systems.

Will also gained valuable experience at HJ Heinz, where they served as a Senior Recruit to Retire Analyst. In this role, they played a key role in the Keystone SAP implementation, working on various phases and coordinating issue resolution. Will was responsible for documentation, specification creation, test plan development, reference material creation, and training development.

Prior to their time at HJ Heinz, Will held the position of GBS Applications Manager - HCM at Joy Global. Will supported global areas of HCM, such as OM, PA, Time, Benefits, and Compensation, and was involved in project management, documentation, and training. Will also played a crucial role in the global implementation of Enterprise Compensation Management and Manager Self-Service.

Earlier in their career, Will worked as an Information System Analyst at Bayer Business and Technology Services, supporting the US Payroll process within the Global SAP system. Will also provided support for the Global SAP ticketing tool, including configuration and programming solutions.

Will's career began with an internship at McKesson Automation, where they gained experience in software development and quality assurance.

Will Keel has a strong educational background in business administration and management information systems. Will completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems at West Virginia University from 1998 to 2002. Following this, they pursued further education at Duquesne University and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration (MIS Concentration) from 2002 to 2005. Additionally, during the same period, they also earned a Master of Health Management Systems (MHMS) degree from the same institution.

In terms of certifications, Will Keel has obtained several certifications related to workforce software. In 2019, they received the Customer Certification: Level 3 WT&A - Advanced Configuration Maintenance 1 (CT103) from WorkForce Software. In 2018, they obtained the WT&A Custom Report Development Essentials certification, as well as the WT&A Database Schema Essentials certification from the same institution.
