Ron Cooper

Ron Cooper, PHR, SHRM-CP has been with SCHUSTER ENTERPRISES INC since January 1994, holding various titles such as President, Director of Human Resources, Director of Operations Support, Division Manager, Fast Food Restaurant Manager, and Assistant Manager. Ron is also involved with SHRM and HR Certification Institute, holding certifications such as SHRM-CP and PHR. Additionally, Ron served as a Training Taskforce Committee Member at the National Franchisee Association from September 2016 to September 2017. Ron holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from Columbus State University.
