Moon-Ji Gayet

Moon-ji Gayet is an experienced professional in human resources and corporate social responsibility (CSR) with a career spanning several organizations. Currently serving as the Directrice des Relations Humaines et RSE at HRConseil since December 2019, Moon-ji has integrated CSR initiatives into HR practices. Previous roles include Talent Manager and DRH at CaaSsys, where the focus was on recruiting IT professionals, and DRH at Le groupe GAINERIE 91. Earlier experience includes significant positions at CSC and CSC Peat Marwick, overseeing large teams, developing HR strategies, managing recruitment, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Moon-ji holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from IGS-RH and a DEA in Contemporary History from Université Paris Nanterre.
