Marilisa Santoro is a professional with extensive experience in the fields of consultancy, mediation, and conflict resolution. Currently serving as a Tutor HRD at HRD Training Group since January 2019, Marilisa focuses on enhancing both soft and hard skills, integrating coaching techniques and neuro-linguistic programming with over twenty years of legal expertise. Previously, as a real estate lawyer with PROMETHEUS in collaboration with AGL Lombardia from January 2020 to June 2021, Marilisa successfully negotiated financial settlements for clients during the pandemic, notably resolving significant debt issues and facilitating ethical property purchases. Marilisa's educational background includes a law degree with a focus on philosophy and sociology of law from Università degli Studi di Firenze, complemented by studies at prestigious institutions like Liceo Classico Scuole Pie Fiorentine and Roberto Re Leadership School Toscana.
