Transforming the lives of Nepal's poorest children with disabilities.

Nepali-conceived and Nepali-run, HRDC | Sabal Foundation was established 35 years ago to offer life-changing medical care to poor children with disabilities. Our tertiary care hospital carries out an average of 2,500 surgeries every year, supported by four satellite centers and 76 Community Based Rehabilitation workers. Since 1984 we have treated more than 100,000 vulnerable children. In a country with few resources, our model of care delivers world-class service for the lowest possible cost. Our vision is an inclusive and caring society where children with physical disabilities have the best possible quality of life.
