Alexandra Haring has extensive experience in coaching and communication, currently serving as the owner of aha! Coaching und Kommunikationsberatung since January 2000 and as a senior consultant and executive coach at hrdiamonds since October 2011, focusing on organizational and personnel development. Prior experience includes leading public relations and internal communications at WOB MarketingKommunikation AG from September 1988 to May 2001. Educational qualifications include training as a PERMA-Lead Coach in Positive Psychology from Berta von Suttner Privatuniversität St. Pölten, and certifications in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Mindful Self-Compassion from Arbor Seminare, along with a background in systemic business coaching and various other programs related to coaching and communication skills.
