Andrew Koven, MBA, has extensive experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Sales & Marketing at HRI Lodging for the Embassy Suites Minneapolis Downtown, Koven oversees operations for a 290-room property, driving top-line revenue and managing the sales and marketing budget. Previous roles include Complex Director of Sales & Marketing for two Hilton properties, Task Force Director of Sales & Marketing at HEI Hotels & Resorts, and Director of Sales & Marketing for various hotels, highlighting a track record of improving revenue and team performance. Koven holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas and degrees in Hospitality from Johnson & Wales University.
