Amy Breen

As Vice President of Development, Amy manages all aspects of a project’s development process starting at site selection through completion. Amy got her start at HRI in 2017 as an asset manager where she quickly became interested in the complex financing structures of the projects she was managing. After transitioning over to the development department, she oversaw the financing of projects with over $200 million in combined development costs. Amy has experience managing projects with various forms of subsidy including Historic Tax Credits, New Markets Tax Credits, and Low Income Housing Tax Credits. Amy holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Alabama and a Master of Sustainable Real Estate Development from Tulane University.
