With over 25 years of sales leadership experience, Chad is a vital component of the HRI Lodging team. As a highly experienced and results-oriented senior sales and marketing leader, Chad has demonstrated a record of achieving superior market share and increasing RevPAR in competitive markets. Responsible for all day-to-day sales and marketing activities associated with the ongoing operations of HRI Lodging’s portfolio, Chad’s combination of sales and marketing expertise translates into efficient and profitable results for owners.

Prior to joining HRI Lodging, Chad served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Remington Hotels, Vice President of Sales for Aimbridge Hospitality, and held a variety of leadership positions with Wyndham Hotels and Resorts. His multi-property, regional, and national sales experience coupled with the knowledge to quickly assess and develop appropriate revenue-generating initiatives fit well with HRIL’s focus on creating high returns for their investment partners.
