Cindy Vallejos

With over 15 years of property management experience, Cindy Vallejos brings a wealth of industry knowledge to her role as regional manager at HRI Management. During her tenure with HRIM, Cindy has simultaneously and successfully managed lease-ups and stabilized properties with the responsibility of over 15 properties representing a portfolio of 1,200 plus units. Prior to joining HRIM in 2010, she successfully managed a multitude of market apartment projects for one of the city’s largest and most prominent management companies.

She brings a hands-on approach to her role, along with extensive experience in the market, tax credit, affordable, PBV, PSH, and public housing management. Cindy also proudly served as a member of HRI’s hedgehog committee, with a focus on HRI’s next generation of business.
