Michael Coolidge

Over the course of his career of 20+ years, Michael has become a master at identifying opportunities and partnerships. As chief investment and development officer for HRI Lodging, he puts these skills to work, spearheading corporate development efforts and leading the strategic planning process for acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures.

He honed his real estate development and management skills at many of the industry’s top firms. Prior to HRI, he served as a senior vice president of real estate, acquisitions, and lodging development for CSM Lodging. During his tenure, he managed all acquisition, disposition, and development for CSM’s lodging portfolio. Other career highlights include management positions at Sage Hospitality Resources, Global Hyatt, and Watermark Capital Partners.

Michael is a proud graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
