As vice president of HCI Construction, Todd Riché oversees and coordinates an array of functions including owners’ representative, project management, construction management, estimating, procurement, FFE/OSE, and environmental issues. Since working with HRI in 2008, Todd has been a key player in many high-profile projects regionally and nationwide – most being historic, mixed & adaptive reuse rehabilitations. In that time period, he has managed a total project value in excess of $650 million, developed more than 2.9 million square feet of apartment, hotel and commercial spaces, constructed/renovated over 2,100 apartment units/hotel keys, and built over 2,100 ground/structured parking spaces.
Todd earned a Master of Business Administration (Real Estate & Finance focus) from Nicholls State University and a Bachelor of Arts from Louisiana State University. He also holds a Construction Quality Management (CQM) certification with the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).
