Julian Grijalva

Julian Grijalva has a diverse work experience in the field of graphic design. Julian started their career in 2013 as a Graphic Design Intern at Backdrops Beautiful. In 2013, they also worked as a Graphic Design, Multimedia & Social Media Assistant at California State University-Channel Islands. At the university, they later became a Graphic Designer from September 2014 to January 2015.

Julian then joined HRL Laboratories, LLC in 2015 as a Media Services Assistant, Graphic Designer. Julian was responsible for internal design work and assisting in graphic animation for video production. Julian also played a lead photographer role and created safety signs, announcements, and promotional material. In October 2016, they were promoted to the role of Creative Services Lead, where they worked on extensive print-based design projects, digital design, and 3D graphics and animation.
