Raquel Javier

Raquel Javier has a diverse work experience ranging from contractor security officer roles to an industrial security admin. Raquel started working as a contractor special security officer (CSSO) and contractor program security officer (CPSO) at HRL Laboratories, LLC in 2019. Prior to that, they held the same role at LinQuest from 2018 to 2019, where they created and submitted SCI nomination letters and conducted vetting of potential new hires. Before their role at LinQuest, Raquel worked as an industrial security admin at Orbital ATK from 2017 to 2018, where they assisted in initiating clearances and conducted various security briefings. Raquel also has experience as a security manager and intelligence analyst in the US Army, where they provided intelligence support and distributed strategic and tactical intelligence. Additionally, Raquel worked as an industrial security support at JPL (NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory) from 2014 to 2016, where they formulated procedures and revamped processes for clearance revalidation and visit access requests.

Raquel Javier obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Intelligence Operations Studies from Cochise College in 2011. Raquel then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology at Mount Saint Mary's University, graduating in 2017. Raquel furthered their education by pursuing a Master's degree in the field of Master of Studies in Law at the University of Southern California from 2019 to 2022.
