Greg Warder has had an extensive work experience spanning various roles and companies.
Greg started their career in 2004 at Diebold Nixdorf, where they held several leadership positions such as Vice President, General Counsel, and Vice President, Chief Contracting Officer. Greg was also responsible for global cost reduction efforts and procurement management.
In 2017, they became a Partner at Black McCuskey Souers & Arbaugh, LPA, before joining DRB Systems, LLC in 2019. At DRB Systems, they served as Vice President, General Counsel, and later as the Chief Operating Officer.
Currently, Greg holds multiple roles at HRM Enterprises, Inc., where they are the General Counsel, Operations Leader, and President of Go and Glow Car Wash, LLC.
Greg Warder completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Miami University. Greg then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Kent State University, focusing on International Business. Greg later pursued a Juris Doctorate from the University of Akron School of Law, specializing in Corporate, Business, and International Trade Law.
