Damon also worked at Staffmark as a Selling Branch Manager, managing business-to-business product sales and operations. Damon continued their career at Manpower as a Selling Branch Manager, responsible for product management, problem resolution, and overall management in southern Utah.
Damon's experience also includes roles as Regional Manager at Intermountain Staffing, Director of Human Resources at Middlebury Interactive Languages, and Owner/Operator at AtWork Personnel. Currently, they are the CEO and Founder of HRmango, a contract recruiting and consulting firm specializing in the candidate experience and finding the right match.
