Janet Ulmer

Janet Ulmer serves as a Legal Assistant at Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin since July 1998. Additionally, Janet was an at-large member for USEF & USDF from 2005 to 2017. Janet holds a C.E.M.T. in Equine Anatomy from Delaware Valley University and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Penn State Abington.
