Roxie Robinson

Roxie Robinson is a project manager at HRMS Solutions. Roxie has previously worked as a sales representative and conversion manager.

Roxie began their career in 2011 as a conversion manager at PaySmart, LLC. Roxie was responsible for executing the successful conversion and launch of a new software with over 250 existing clients. During their time at PaySmart, they also wrote and implemented a 75-page procedure manual with operational improvements for the growing company.

In 2015, Roxie left PaySmart to become a sales representative at Odle Sales. In this role, they recruited 25 new clients that generated $211,000 in new business. Roxie developed a customized program targeting small independent dealers that successfully relayed information to manufacturers.

In 2017, Roxie joined Ultimate Software as a rapid response professional. Roxie provided training and advised customers and in-house staff on system processes, procedures, and configuration. Roxie also managed the setup of a new PEO with over 80 companies, processing over 7,000 paychecks a week.

Roxie Robinson has a degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Columbia College. They are certified in Microsoft Teams Essential Training and Microsoft Teams Tips and Tricks (2020) from LinkedIn. They also have a Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) from the American Payroll Association (APA) and a Class CA license from the State of Missouri.
