Rakesh Leonard Maben

Rakesh Leonard Maben, also known as Rocky, is a seasoned professional in Customer Success, currently serving as the Senior Regional Manager at HROne since April 2023. With a robust background in customer engagement and retention, Rocky held key positions at Genpact as Manager of Global Training & Learning Innovations, and at Info Edge India Ltd as Group Manager for Customer Success. Earlier experience includes roles at HT Media Ltd and The Concept - Counsel of Management Services, among others, where Rocky focused on onboarding and implementation strategies. Rocky holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication from Sikkim Manipal University and completed HSC at Wilson College in Mumbai.
