Chunjie Chen

ChunJie Chen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. In 1992, they started their career as a C&B Specialist and Software Engineer at Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation. During this time, they developed a successful HR information management system and managed payroll for 4,500 employees. ChunJie then moved on to Shanghai General Motors in 1995 as an OD Manager, responsible for payroll, recruitment, ER, and OD. In 2001, they joined Volkswagen AG as a Senior HR Manager, overseeing the entire HR function. ChunJie later transitioned to Asia Pulp & Paper in 2005 as an HR Director for the Industrial Paper BU before joining PepsiCo in 2006 as an HR Director for Greater China Foods. In this role, they were in charge of OC & OD, ER, recruitment, payroll, and served as the HR head of the operation unit. In 2011, they founded and served as the Owner and CEO of HROne until 2020. ChunJie also founded and currently holds the positions of Founder, Owner, and CEO at NNRoad Inc. since 2016, and at Top FDI since 2022. Additionally, they served as Chairman and CEO at FDI China from 2016 onwards.

ChunJie Chen has a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, obtained in 1992. In 1998, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Fudan University. ChunJie also pursued further education in Business Administration and Management, General through a Mini MBA program at Tsinghua University in 2003. Additionally, ChunJie Chen completed a program in Strategic HR at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in 1999. ChunJie holds a certification as a China HR Expert, but the institution and details of obtaining it are not specified.
