Jim Cao

Jim Cao is an experienced operations manager currently working at HROne since October 2012, where responsibilities include providing labor law consultation to customers. Previously, Jim served as the deputy general manager of human resources at Shanghai Aijian Securities Co., LTD (Huiyin Group) from August 2009 to April 2011, focusing on establishing and professionalizing the human resources department. Prior to that, Jim held the position of human resources manager at Xuzhou Rothe Erde Slewing Bearings Co., Ltd, part of the ThyssenKrupp Group, from April 2006 to August 2009, where Jim developed and implemented a human resource working scheme during a period of large-scale recruitment expansion. Jim's educational background includes a certificate in international human resource supervision from Jiaotong University Overseas College, as well as degrees in mathematics from Shanghai University and East China Normal University.
