Louise Slate

Louise Slate is an experienced professional in the field of water resources and federal contracts management, currently serving as Federal Contracts Manager at HRP Associates, Inc. since November 2025. Prior to this role, Louise held positions at Kimley-Horn as a Practice Builder, focusing on surface water management and design, and at Tetra Tech as Hampton Roads Operations Manager and Navy Initiative Lead. Notable achievements include establishing a federal water practice at Amec Foster Wheeler and leading reconstruction efforts in Afghanistan.
