Richard Cwiklowski P.e. (Rick)

Richard (Rick) Cwiklowski, P.E. currently serves as HAZMAT Construction Manager at HRP Associates, Inc. since October 2022. Rick is also the President and Owner of All Star Environmental, a position held since May 2013, specializing in environmental contracting and consulting, including asbestos, lead, mold abatement, and demolition services. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President at Environmental Operations, Inc. from June 1997 to January 2013, Group/Project Manager at Philip Environmental Services Corp. from October 1994 to June 1997, and Project Engineer at Law Associates/Law Environmental from August 1989 to September 1994. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, where education spanned from 1986 to 1989, and studied at the University of Missouri-St. Louis from 1984 to 1986.
