Alexandra Lechner

Alexandra Lechner is a consultant at HRpepper Management Consultants since April 2023, building upon a diverse background in organizational development and people management. Prior experience includes serving as the People & Culture Lead at Afilio, where Alexandra established the department from scratch, and conducting qualitative research as an Honorary Research Fellow at City, University of London. Alexandra has collaborated with A Tribe Called Humans, contributed to projects at Accenture, and organized significant startup events with Entrepreneurship Avenue. Alexandra's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Maastricht University and a Master of Science in Organisational Psychology from City, University of London.
