Anja is responsible for HRpepper’s numerous marketing and organizational activities, both strategically and operationally. She is an excellent project manager and thus plays a major role in the further development of the company. With her enthusiasm for new topics, she has been accompanying HRpepper from the very beginning. In the context of her work, she attaches great importance to a solution-oriented and pragmatic approach, focusing on the result.

Anja is a business economist and discovered her passion for marketing and project management at an early age. Prior to joining HRpepper, she worked as a project manager and management assistant in the Human Resource Management department for a renowned management consultancy and gained several years of extensive professional experience at an automotive company.
