Francie Benning

Francie Benning currently serves as Co-manager for interns and working students at HRpepper, overseeing the entire employee life cycle in this holacratic role. With expertise in human-centered organizational transformation, Francie also works as a consultant focusing on learning and development, HR strategy, and HR transformation. As a Coaching Psychologist at Francie Benning Psychological Consulting, Francie provides coaching for young professionals and facilitates team culture workshops. Co-founding and co-chairing the non-profit Alumniberatung TKS, Francie contributes to education counseling. Previous experience includes roles as a recruitment consultant at Cloud International, a psychology teacher at the University of Groningen, and various positions in talent assessment and hospitality. Francie holds a Master of Science in Talent Development from the University of Groningen and has completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the same institution.
