Sybille Kleuskens

Sybille Kleuskens currently serves as a Verwaltungsrat at SBK Siemens-Betriebskrankenkasse since July 2024 and is the Global Head of Total Rewards & Mobility at BIOTRONIK, where strategic leadership in rewards programs and Global Mobility initiatives is provided. Previously, Sybille held significant roles at The Coca-Cola Company from 1991 to 2020, culminating as the Global Director of Total Rewards for the Bottling Investments Group. In that role, strategic direction and thought leadership in total rewards were provided, with a focus on engaging and retaining talent through innovative programs. Additional experience includes roles at HRpepper Management Consultants and Deutsche Eisenbahn Consulting GmbH, as well as a background in human resources and management dating back to 1987. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts degree from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and a postgraduate degree in Economics.
