About

The leadership team at HRpepper Management Consultants has a wide variety of experiences and backgrounds. Previous experiences include working as a project assistant at Kienbaum Management Consultants GmbH, a dispatcher at Schachtschneider Automobile e.K., and a fellow at stiftung neue verantwortung. The team also has experience working in academia, as a scientific staff member at the Technical University of Berlin and an HR manager at Pusch Wahlig Legal. Additionally, team members have worked as a flight attendant at Lufthansa, a marketing assistant at Clinton Großhandels GmbH, and a secretary and departmental staff member at Bayer Pharma AG. Educationally, the team is just as diverse, with degrees from the FH Südwestfalen in business administration, the Wirtschaftsakademie der IHK Potsdam in business administration (dual degree program), the Technical University of Berlin in psychology, the Technical University of Dresden in economics, the BSP Business & Law School in economic psychology, and the IU International University of Applied Sciences in marketing.
