Sondra Manis

Sondra Manis, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Director of Talent at Land Title Guarantee Company since February 2024, where responsibilities include enhancing talent acquisition, development, and management functions while partnering with leadership to drive employee engagement and success. Previously, Sondra held the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Boston Market from May 2021 to June 2023, managing HR services for over 7,000 employees across 400 restaurants. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Stonebridge Companies in early 2021, and multiple leadership roles at Boston Market from 2013 to 2020, where strategic oversight of HR functions was provided across numerous locations. Sondra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Regis University, obtained between 1996 and 2002.
