Nelly Bonfiglio

Nelly Bonfiglio has extensive work experience in sales and management roles. Nelly is currently the Director of Sales Southern Europe at HRS Group since September 2023. Before that, they were the Managing Director Italy & Greece at Treatwell from June 2022 to September 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Commercial Officer at Codemotion from December 2020 to June 2022. Nelly also worked at Groupon as the Head of Sales & Deputy Country Manager from January 2019 to December 2020. Nelly started their career at EASY WELFARE S.R.L. as the Sales Director & Partner from October 2015 to January 2019, and earlier as an Account Director from January 2012 to September 2015. Additionally, they have experience in academia, having worked as a Professor Assistant and Lecturer in Management at the University of Rome "La Sapienza" from October 2011 to October 2012, and as a Content Manager and Researcher at Fondazione Marco Vigorelli from May 2011 to February 2012. Nelly also served as a Professor Assistant in Organizzazione ed Economia dello Spettacolo at LUMSA from September 2009 to February 2010.

Nelly Bonfiglio has a diverse educational background. In 2006, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Università LUMSA. Nelly then pursued further education and completed a Master's degree in Company Organization & Marketing from Sapienza Università di Roma in 2011. In 2017, Nelly enrolled in the EXECUTIVE MBA program at MIP Politecnico di Milano, which they successfully completed in 2019. Additionally, in 2018, they also took part in the Silicon Valley Experience program offered by MIP Politecnico di Milano, focusing on the growth of start-ups and scaling up. In the same year, they attended the Graduate Diploma Program in Innovation Management at Copenhagen Business School, specializing in the field of Management, Organization, and Marketing of Innovation.
