Will Pinnell

Will Pinnell serves as the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the Americas at HRS Group, bringing extensive experience in the travel industry. Pinnell has held significant roles at BCD Travel, including Vice President of Global Sales & Solutions Engineering, Vice President of Digital & Global Product Strategy, and Vice President of Travel Commerce & Experience. As a leader in the Global Business Travel Association, Pinnell contributes as the Board of Directors Treasurer, a member of the Allied Leadership Council, and an Allied Member at Large on the Board of Directors. Additionally, Pinnell is engaged with Salesforce as a Voice of the Customer Member and serves on the Advisory Board for the Travel & Hospitality Equity Accelerator at Plug and Play Tech Center. Pinnell's academic credentials include an Executive Leadership degree from Cornell SC Johnson College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Texas Christian University - M.J. Neeley School of Business.
