Anila Ahmed is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Recruitment at Human Resource Solutions International (HRSI) since January 2019. In this role, Anila supports human resource management, engages in headhunting, sourcing, screening resumes, and managing client relationships while reporting to the CEO. Prior to this, Anila worked as a Senior Recruitment Executive at HR Ways from January 2016 to December 2018, where responsibilities included managing recruitment needs for mid-to-senior management positions for various local and multinational companies in Pakistan. Anila holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the Institute of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration in HR from the Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology.
