Their functions include employee outsourcing, business process outsourcing, mass recruitment, pre-employment screening, employee outplacement, and other HR-related activities. Based primarily in Karachi with a regional office in Islamabad, and affiliated with the global Kilpatrick Group, the team ensures effective talent acquisition, employee relations, and client service relations across 22 industry verticals.

The Operations team at HRSI is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's HR services and processes. This includes managing employee outsourcing, business process outsourcing (BPO), mass recruitment, and pre-employment screening. They ensure seamless coordination across regional offices, maintain client satisfaction, and support the financial administration of HR services. The team comprises roles ranging from managerial positions to team leaders and operators who collectively ensure efficient and effective delivery of HR solutions to clients.
